PES president Stanishev said: ”The PES recognizes Georgia’s progress and reforms over the last few years which are contributing to the country’s democratic development. We hereby want to congratulate Georgia on its recent achievements in the EU visa liberalization process. The Pes was always supporting Georgia in this process. I would like once again to highlighting our strong support to Georgia and its people on their path towards Euro-Atlantic integration.”
The big winner in the election is the people of Georgia and we believe that the country will continue to make the reforms necessary to remain a strong partner of the EU. The PES is ready develop further its cooperation with Georgian Dream and with Georgia and will support the country on its efforts in having closer relations with the EU.
