What?
‘Working together to address the refugee crisis’
On Saturday 31 October progressive political forces from across Europe will be in Beirut to address the impact of the refugee crisis with local partners. At a conference, key players from Europe and the region will debate the causes of the crisis and how host countries can be supported to deal with it.
After the conference all will visit a refugee camps to witness the impact first hand.
Who?
The Party of European Socialists is organising this event with the Global Progressive Forum, the S&D group in the European Parliament and the Arab Social Democratic Forum.
