On 29 November, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will present the bid for Palestine to become a “non-member observer state” at the United Nations General Assembly This is a unique occasion for the European Union and its Member States to express their support for the legitimate aspiration of the Palestinian people to have their own state.
