PES condemns threat against Italian minister

Sergei Stanishev, PES President said: 

‘Justice is a fundamental pillar of democracy. Terrorists who try to threaten our justice system, threaten the very values on which our society is based.

‘I send my full support to Minister Orlando. We will not be intimidated. We stand firm and in solidarity with our colleague in the face of malicious threats.’

Minister Orlando is the PES Justice Ministerial Network chairman.
